Here is our next Employee Spotlight! Tak just celebrated 6 years with Vorum! Tak is our Senior System Analyst, we asked him a few questions and here’s what he had to say:

Can you share a memorable experience or project that you’ve been involved in during your time here?

One of my memorable projects is equipping our carvers the ability to connect with the internet and provide carver status updates.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

Solving difficult issues and getting customers working again.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I would say photography as one of my favorite hobbies. The seasons in Vancouver really shows itself from lovely cherry blossom trees in the spring to the colorful autumn leaves in the fall.  It never gets old.

What’s a valuable lesson you’ve learned while working here that you’d like to pass on to others?

In many dealings with customers on the phone, it is always fascinating to see how they come up with creative ways in using our products, especially in Canfit. I have seen users maximize Macro usage and complete a AFO modification in under 5 minutes.

What is your favorite local business?

Dublin Crossing, an Irish pub, is my favorite local place to visit.

What is your favorite meal?

A homemade old fashion spaghetti and meatballs would be the one for me.
