The Vorum product line includes 3D scanners, CAD/CAM software, carving machines, and 3D printers that are used to create custom-fitted prosthetic and orthotic devices for amputees, veterans, babies, and even pets. As an Account Manager, you are enabling our key Partners/VARs to grow their businesses through the promotion, sale, and successful implementation of Vorum’s CAD/CAM solutions with their respective customers. In doing so, you will be able to champion the growth of our Partners’ businesses, and, by extension, actively contribute to Vorum’s profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and exceed Quarterly and Annual Revenue targets for our partners
  • With the Commercial Team, develop a sales strategy to seek and add new partners according to plan
  • Identify, generate, and qualify partner leads through outreach
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through marketing campaigns, calls, emails, and social media to generate quality opportunities for our channel partners
  • Understand each partner’s individual market dynamics to position both the partner and Vorum to be highly competitive and well-differentiated
  • Transition new client accounts, track and manage their success
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the CAD/CAM O&P-related growth opportunities in each Partner’s business in that Partner’s market
  • Work with each Partner on a monthly and quarterly basis to accurately forecast revenue against plan
  • Demonstrate directly to the Partner on new scanner and software updates, and explain their relevance to clinical use cases
  • Establish and develop relationships with partners and customers, primarily across North America

Qualifications

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or college diploma, or exceptional sales experience
  • A track record of successfully managing strategic relationships remotely, in different time zones, while exceeding sales targets
  • Experienced traveler, meeting travel requirements across North America up to 50% of the time, with some travel overseas
  • High-level, strategic selling skills derived from working in multi-layered, business-to-business focused environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to contribute insightfully and supportively in a cooperative team dynamic
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Competency using Salesforce as a CRM platform; documents all activities and opportunities consistently in a CRM

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce – Lightning Edition, and Microsoft Teams
  • Completed consultative sales educational courses
  • Fluent in an additional language, especially: French, Spanish, Mandarin or Japanese
  • Strong Written Communication in English, and one or more of: French, Spanish, Mandarin or Japanese
