Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed customer expectations by resolving support cases in a timely manner
  • Provide high quality documentation to be used toward case elimination strategy
  • Assist with software roll-outs and implementations
  • Document software bugs and feature requests as needed
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of user training manuals, technical documentation and programs

Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate in IT or related technical field
  • Understanding of computers, operating systems, and software (network administration)
  • Strong software knowledge (i.e.: network administration tools and imaging software)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Proven multitasking capabilities

Bonus Qualifications

  • Foreign language skills
  • Product service or support experience
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems
