Account Manager

The Vorum product line includes 3D scanners, CAD/CAM software, and carving machines that are used to create custom-fitted prosthetic and orthotic devices for amputees, veterans, babies, and even pets. As an Account Manager, you are the driver behind our existing customer solution satisfaction, ensuring that all our customers feel that they are a vital part of the Vorum family. You also communicate the value in our product and service improvements every year to our global community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage Vorum’s existing client-base by contacting each customer at least once per quarter as a courtesy, and also identify new solution add-on opportunities
  • Build and grow the sales pipeline for the current customer-base and forecast the pipeline accurately
  • Exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Complete the software and hardware maintenance renewals annually and exceed 90% renewal targets
  • Some travel (~10%) to user group meetings, conferences or key accounts as needed
  • With the rest of the Sales & Marketing team, drive revenue growth and participate dynamically in strategic planning and competitive analysis

Your Qualifications

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or college diploma, or exceptional experience
  • A minimum of three years experience in a business-to-business software sales or account management role with a focus on consultative sales
  • A track record of successfully managing a large database of customers remotely, in different time zones and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to contribute insightfully and supportively in a cooperative team dynamic
  • Competency using Salesforce as CRM platform

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce – Lightning Edition, and GotoMeeting
  • Completed consultative sales educational courses
  • Fluency in foreign languages, especially German, French, Spanish and Mandarin - we have customers around the world in over 35 countries
  • Sales experience within the O&P/healthcare industry
